Situation 3: Dialogue 1

学生(客)：今日はあんなにおもてなしをしていただいて、ほんとにありがとうございました。 Kyouwa annani omotenashiwo shite itadaite, hontoni arigatou gozaimashita. ‘Thank you so much for your warm hospitality today.’

ホスト：私たちもだいすけ君がきてくれてほんとに楽しかったわ。 Watashitachimo Daisuke-kunga kite kurete hontoni tanoshikattawa. ‘We had a lot of fun with you here too.’

学生(客)：おばさんの料理、ほんとにおいしかったし、おじさんの話もすごくおもしろかったです。 Obasanno ryouri, hontoni oishikattashi, ojisanno hanashimo sugoku omoshirokatta desu. ‘Your dishes were really tasty, and I enjoyed his stories very much.’

ホスト：そう、それはよかった。いつでもまた遊びにきてね。 Sou, sorewa yokatta. Itsudemo mata asobini kitene. ‘Oh, that’s good. Come again any time.’

学生(客)：はい、ありがとうございます。 Hai, arigatou gozaimasu. ‘Yes, thank you.’
